The Assistant Training Director & Crew Training and Compliance Programs will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of crew training programs, ensuring strict alignment with EJM's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, they will offer supplementary instruction for both initial and recurrent training sessions for Part 135 and Part 91 crew members. This position will monitor compliance within operational systems and assist the Director of Training in regulatory and compliance tasks, including Training Center audits and crew training observations. The ideal candidate will stay informed on the latest developments in the business aviation industry, including Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and other relevant regulations that impact flight operations training and standardization. This position is based at EJM's Cincinnati, OH headquarters and is not a commutable position.
