About The Position
Responsible for assisting the coach with student-athletes in-game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition. Motivates student-athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport.
Requirements
- Past play experience in cross country.
Nice To Haves
- Preference is given to those with coaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Helps instruct players in the rules, regulations, and techniques of cross country.
- Assists with organizing and directing practice activities/exercises, assessing players’ skills, and monitoring players during competition and practice.
- Helps with supervising athletes during practices and competitions.
