Assistant Town Attorney I: Hiring salary range for Assistant Town Attorney I: $92,996.80 - $111,592.00 Full salary range for Assistant Town Attorney I: $92,996.80 – $130,228.80 This entry-level position under the Assistant Town Attorney classification is responsible for handling a broad range of legal matters involving municipal law, applying legal knowledge and skills to various municipal matters. Responsibilities may include assignments to advise and represent several different Town departments and divisions. Assignments are generally limited in scope and within an established procedural framework or directed by higher-level employees. Work generally carries entry levels of volume, complexity, consequence, autonomy, and responsibility. Assistant Town Attorney II: Hiring salary range for Assistant Town Attorney II: $102,918.40 - $123,052.80 Full salary range for Assistant Town Attorney II: $102,918.40 - $143,166.40 This mid-level position under the Assistant Town Attorney classification is responsible for handling a broad range of legal matters involving municipal law, applying legal knowledge and skills to various municipal matters. Responsibilities may include assignments to advise and represent several different Town departments and divisions. Work in this class is distinguished from that of the Assistant Attorney I classification by the greater volume, complexity, consequence, autonomy, and responsibility attending the assignments.
