About The Position

Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers is actively seeking an Assistant Toddler Teacher for our Lake Orion campus. If you have a passion to work with children from 1-3 years of age and help them become the best versions of themselves, please consider this position. As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will work in collaboration with and in support of the Lead Toddler Teacher. You will create a safe, nurturing and interactive environment that fosters age-appropriate learning utilizing the High Scope curriculum. POSITION Detail · Status: Regular, full-time (40 hours per week) · Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8:15am-5:15pm · Pay range $14-$19/hour depending on certification or degree and years of experience · Location: Onsite, Lake Orion, Michigan · NOTE: This position does NOT qualify for US VISA sponsorship or relocation Our Lake Orion campus has earned a Certificate of Recognition from Great Start Quality, (the equivalent of a five-star rating) and has been voted Lake Orion readers’ choice Best of the Best for consecutive years in a row. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have reliable transportation
Be able to pass a Background screening including fingerprinting

Nice To Haves

Possess a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or be working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Prior experience with Toddlers in a classroom setting or as a private nanny
