What You'll Do: Responsible for assisting the Manager, Petroleum Terminal with managing and overseeing activities relating to operations, fuel deliveries, sales, marketing, customer service, and equipment maintenance for a specific region.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Direct business experience may be substituted for degree.
  • 3 or more years general business experience, preferably relating to fuel sales and deliveries.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • The ATS shall have commercial or military experience in fuel terminal operations and maintenance performing and supervising tasks.
  • This experience shall include receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping petroleum products via modes as required.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills.
  • Ability to provide direction to staff and oversee projects that may vary in nature and scope.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Advanced PC skills needed.
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to multitask.

Nice To Haves

  • CDL and/or commercial driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on day-to-day operations and safe execution of activities under the direction of the Terminal Manager.
  • Ensure safe, reliable execution of activities that are in compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
  • Manage and oversee employee's performance.
  • Manage operational excellence on a day-to-day basis.
