About The Position

Are you energized by improving how things get made? Do you enjoy tracking progress, solving operational challenges, and supporting production teams in fast‑moving environments? Ready to grow your career in advanced manufacturing while helping scale innovative, sustainable systems? If so, we’d love to talk with you! Formative 3D is seeking an Assistant Technical Project Manager with an industrial engineering or operations background to support production tracking, supply chain coordination, and manufacturing systems implementation. This role is ideal for a junior‑level professional eager to grow into manufacturing leadership while helping drive efficiency across additive manufacturing workflows. You’ll work closely with production leadership and cross‑functional teams to maintain visibility across jobs, materials, and performance metrics as we launch and scale our new production facility. Formative 3D deploys full-scale manufacturing solutions built for speed, flexibility and real-world impact. By combining advanced 3D printing, robotics and technology, we rethink how physical products for the built world are created — from concept to installation. We design and manufacture products that range from high-end furniture systems and architectural lighting to jigs, fixtures, and tooling. Formative 3D pushes additive manufacturing forward and sets a new standard for how the built environment gets made. After years of research, our first production facility launched in 2026, and we’re already proving that a new model of manufacturing isn’t theoretical; it’s operational.
