KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Assistant Team Leader to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 2nd shift on our paintline. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Experience
  • Working in areas where it can get warm
  • Working in a smoke free environment
  • Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Hang hooks & parts on the Paint line following the identified priorities
  • Manually apply powder paint to production parts
  • Perform Paint Color Changeovers
  • Tape parts coming down from the line, to protect them from scratches
  • Inspect & pack parts off of the line (assemble as necessary)
  • Record bad parts to keep accurate records
  • Maintain proper ph levels and mil thicknesses
  • Monitor paint shelf life and re-certify as necessary PM entire Paintline
  • Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
