The Prepared Foods Assistant Team Leader – Front of House (FOH) supports the daily operations of the Prepared Foods Department, ensuring all food stations—such as the pizza counter, carving station, showcase, food bars, and grab-and-go—are fresh, full, and clean. This role leads by example in delivering exceptional Guest Service, managing FOH team performance, and partnering with Back of House (BOH) leadership to create a cohesive, high-performing environment. The Assistant Team Leader also supports catering execution and plays a key role in team development and departmental success.
