About The Position
We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for working with young children in our NAEYC accredited Early Childhood Center. Job responsibilities include: Actively engaging and interacting with children in their play (ages9 months to pre-K) Maintaining classroom cleanliness Feeding children Changing diapers Assisting Lead Teacher in developing lesson plans Establishing positive relationships with children and their families. To be considered for this position you must be available weekdays between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM. YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO WORK AT LEAST THREE AFTERNOONS UNTIL 6:00 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS. Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- At least one year of work experience in a child care setting
- Must be available weekdays between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
- YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO WORK AT LEAST THREE AFTERNOONS UNTIL 6:00 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a CDA and two or more years of experience in a child care setting.
