The assistant teacher’s primary duties are to ensure the safety and well-being of students with autism, as well as implement educational and behavior programming as directed by the head teacher and BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Assistant teachers work directly with and teach students in a 1 on 1 and/or a 1 on 2 teacher to student ratio. The needs of our students demand a team-driven approach and a positive outlook.
