Requirements
- One (1) year experience in a structured program with children or a certification in Early Childhood Care and Education.
- Demonstrated knowledge of child development/management techniques, appropriate activities for children and related care regulations. Must be willing to obtain additional training on a regular basis.
- Must be energetic, and an interest in and enjoyment of children.
- Must possess good written and oral communication skills.
- Must be certified in CPR and First Aid.
Nice To Haves
- College courses or vocational school training in early childhood education.
