Requirements

• Energetic, dependable individuals, with a passion for working with children
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children
• Effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Benefits

• Pay $16.40 - $17.89 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
