Requirements

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Experience teaching in a licensed preschool
  • At least 18 years old
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field OR
  • CDA certification AND 5–10 years experience in a licensed childcare setting OR
  • 2–3 years experience in a Montessori program
