As an Assistant Teacher, you will be crucial in creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your primary focus will be assisting in guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being. You will also collaborate with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Requirements

Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent
Able to pass a background check
Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances
Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children
