Afternoon Assistant Teachers Needed at Tobin Children's School
About The Position
The Tobin Children’s School, located near downtown Natick, is looking to fill a few afternoon Assistant positions. This is a great way to gain some work experience withough working nights or weekends. Preference for summer work is given to those that work during the school year. Extra hours may be available on school vacation days and early release days. Paying $17.43/hour with MA paid sick time, paid CPR/First Aid and other professional development hours. The Tobin Children’s School is an NAEYC accredited program that provides an individualized and holistic approach to learning in a warm, educational and pro-social learning environment. Each child is nurtured to reach their fullest potential through a staff of caring individuals working together in friendly, team teaching settings. We strive to provide a rich and diverse developmentally appropriate curriculum implemented through various learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Applicants 16 years of age and older may apply
Nice To Haves
- Previous childcare experience preferred, but not necessary
- Ideal for older high school or college students
Responsibilities
- Looking to fill shifts ranging from 2 to 5 days per week, from 2:45/3:00-5:45 pm each evening
- Work with experienced co-teachers in various classrooms ranging from Infants through PreK
