Requirements

• Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to complete DCF hours within 90 Days of employment.
• Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus.
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Responsibilities

• Assist in guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
