About The Position

Kaleidoscope Academy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Toddler Two Assistant to join their team. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience working with young children preferred
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and activities
• Provide direct supervision and care for infants and toddlers
• Change diapers and assist with feeding
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other family events
• Adhere to all state and federal childcare regulations
