We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant to support an Agent in our Talent Department. This is a unique chance to work directly with high-profile talent, leading industry executives, and an experienced Agent, while gaining first-hand experience in the fast-moving world of talent representation. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs are key to success in this role.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of prior experience in the entertainment industry or previous agency desk experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and follow-through
  • Professionalism when handling confidential information and high-profile relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • Casting, management, or script coverage experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and call logs for Agent and clients
  • Handle phones with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate travel, appointments, auditions, and self-tape requests
  • Track submissions, bookings, payments, and expenses
  • Maintain client materials and records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Build and maintain relationships with casting directors, studio/network executives, producers, and managers
  • Support the execution of deals and monitor upcoming opportunities
  • Provide script coverage or project tracking (as needed)
