About The Position
The Assistant Swim Coach will support the head coach in the development and management of the swim team. This role involves working closely with student-athletes to enhance their skills and performance in swimming. The assistant coach will also be responsible for ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants, while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
