About The Position

The assistant supervisor is responsible to develop, maintain, and improve service to its customers. The assistant supervisor will assist in the recruitment, selection, guidance, development, and discipline of a staff that will provide this service. The incumbent must gain self-improvement, develop continuous improvement, work through and create change. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship/we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field required.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited healthcare or clinical education program (e.g., Radiology: radiography, ultrasound, CT, MRI, VIR/NIR, Nursing, etc.).
• Two years clinical radiology experience required.
• Incumbents hired into the role prior to February 15, 2018, are required to meet the previous requirements of high school or G.E.D and two years of experience.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Five years clinical radiology experience preferred.
• Registry in specific modality that assistant supervisory position supports is strongly preferred.
