Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or two years of pertinent experience
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Availability to work second shift
• Experience in leading and training teams
• Solid communication skills
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Imparting BBP cleanup practices and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all.
• Overseeing the replenishment and maintenance of supplies in breakrooms and restrooms
• Orchestrating the thorough cleaning of buildings during second shift, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from trash disposal to mopping and beyond.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies and equipment proactively to maintain seamless operations.
• Upholding our rigorous safety standards and ensuring the smooth operation of all cleaning equipment.
• Conducting monthly evaluations with the department manager to continuously enhance our janitorial processes.
