The Assistant Superintendent assists the Project Superintendent in planning, directing and coordinating the daily activities for all Mechanical trades on large construction projects. This role holds ultimate responsibility for project safety, meeting the construction schedule, and labor productivity. The Assistant Superintendent will also direct and coordinate onsite personnel and subcontractors in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
