Position Overview: This is an assistant managerial position and reports to the Superintendent in charge of the project and the General Superintendent.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day supervision of project.
- Assist with supervision of company field labor and subcontractor activities.
- Assist in maintaining project safety.
- Assist in maintaining project housekeeping/cleanup of job site.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate project documentation.
- Assist in resolving any field conflicts.
- Assist in insuring proper job sequencing.
- Assist with owner occupant relations.
- Coordinate and receive deliveries.
- Regular project visits
- Oversee your own projects when required.
- Other duties as assigned.
