About The Position

Assistant Superintendent with a well-rounded project portfolio in the DFW and Surrounding Area Ideal candidates will have solid experience assisting the superintendent in supervising, planning, and coordinating construction projects; ensuring the quality of work and materials meets contract documents and industry standards; and that each project is completed within required timeframe and budget. Must have experience assisting in the supervision of personnel. Preferred experience assisting in the supervision of subcontractors, have a good understanding of the construction industry safety standards to manage a safe site, and be team oriented. Must be able to schedule and multi-task, be a good problem-solver, and have good computer skills. Serve as a backup company representative and point of contact with the architects, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers. Requirements: One to five years prior experience preferred as a construction assistant superintendent on commercial projects. Preferred portfolio assisting in projects of 10Mil+ in value in the DFW and surrounding areas. Well-rounded diverse candidates with a variety of ground-up commercial construction experience. Specifically, K-12, Higher Education, Industrial, Municipal, and Federal preferred. Must be able to work in Microsoft, Scheduling, email, Procore, etc. Three references on past projects from Project Owners and/or Architects must be provided. A project list outlining prior projects, including the dollar amount for each, is strongly preferred. Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, but not required.
