Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial or multifamily construction required
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Nice To Haves

• 2 years experience assisting with site supervision or qualify control preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent with daily on-site operations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Help ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Inspect work to ensure it mets company standards and project specifications.
• Work with project managers on all aspects of the construction project, and other tasks as assigned.
