Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with mobilizing and coordinating subcontractors using the Critical Path Method for scheduling.
• Support quality control measures to ensure work meets or exceeds project drawings and specifications.
• Help execute and complete project punch lists.
• Attend and assist with weekly subcontractor coordination and safety meetings, documenting minutes in Procore.
• Maintain a clean job site and manage hourly employees, including time sheets for hourly and temporary laborers.
• Coordinate work between trades.
