The Assistant Superintendent/Assistant Project Manager will support commercial construction projects, focusing on interior tenant improvements and exterior facade enhancements. This role involves managing daily on-site operations, collaborating with subcontractors and clients, and ensuring projects are executed according to plans and specifications. The position offers an opportunity for growth within a stable and quality-driven organization while contributing to impactful projects across the region.

  • Manage commercial tenant improvement projects from start to finish
  • Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to project specifications
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and architects effectively
  • Oversee job sites daily, monitoring project progress and resolving issues
  • Review and interpret construction plans, ensuring proper sequencing of tasks
  • Maintain organized project documentation and track progress from bid to closeout
  • 2+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Expertise in interior tenant improvement projects and sequencing workflows
  • Familiarity with reading construction plans and blueprints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech-savviness
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse personalities
  • Local to the area with the ability to commute to job sites
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
