About The Position

The Assistant Stylist will work closely with the Buying Coordinators and Sample Coordinators to help manage the flow of samples and merchandise in and out of our studio, as well as support photoshoot-related tasks. This person will make sure everything is prepped and ready for the Fashion Director, Stylists, and content team to style. They will work closely with the styling team to manage and oversee the organization of our fashion closet and studio.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relative experience
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at different stages
• Empathy, energy, kindness, accountability, and adaptability
• Stellar problem-solving skills
• Proactive nature. See something’s not working? Do some brainstorming and help fix it
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

Responsibilities

• Prep and style eCommerce photo shoots
• Collaborate with stylists to ensure the right pieces are brought into the studio and that the closet is organized and merchandised for style-outs and photo shoots
• Liaise with buying and private label teams to align on product assortments for content pushes.
• Prepare styling powerpoint notes in preparation for Ecommerce shoots
