About The Position
The Assistant Stylist at Ulta Beauty is responsible for engaging with guests to consult on their hair care needs and recommend products and services. This role serves as a preparatory position for aspiring stylists, focusing on guest service, performance, and compliance with operational standards. The Assistant Stylist will work under the mentorship of an Elite or Master Stylist for the first three months, after which they will begin to service guests independently. The position requires a passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
