About The Position

The Assistant Studio Sales & Experience Manager plays a key role in driving studio growth and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role blends sales, community engagement, and studio operations, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a people-facing, high-energy environment. You’ll be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, converting interest into memberships, and supporting day-to-day studio operations, all while embodying the DivaDance brand and values.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding goals (experience in memberships, fitness, wellness, or service-based sales strongly preferred)
  • Strong ability to convert leads into trials and trials into memberships through follow-up, relationship-building, and confident closing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with new people; in person, by phone, text, and email
  • Ability to handle objections, follow up consistently, and ask for the sale
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple leads and priorities at once
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, booking software, or learning new tech quickly
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, including events and performances
  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
  • This is an in-person role at our Westerville and Grandview studios
  • Regular availability will include evenings and weekends, based on studio needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in membership-based businesses (fitness studios, dance studios, yoga, Pilates, barre, etc.)
  • Social media or community marketing experience that supports lead generation
  • Experience working toward KPIs or commission-based goals
  • Leadership or training experience

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through in-studio interactions, community outreach, and social media engagement
  • Nurture prospective clients and convert leads into trial classes and trials into memberships
  • Support operational fulfillment of studio and class-related responsibilities
  • Deliver a welcoming, high-quality client experience before, during, and after classes
