Assistant Studio Manager
About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Assistant Studio Manager who thrives on connection, accountability, and team development. In this full-time leadership role, you’ll be the heart and soul of the front desk, the go-to problem solver, and the right hand to the Studio Manager. You'll play a critical role in shaping the member experience and empowering your team to deliver excellence every single day. Every day will be different but, you’ll be representing the Orangetheory brand as you share the science of this workout you want everyone to love as much as you do.
Requirements
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment (fitness industry a plus!)
- A people-first mindset and a passion for health, wellness, and community
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A problem-solving approach to challenges
Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop the Front-of-House Team
- Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing front desk staff to provide top-tier service
- Monitor team performance, offer real-time coaching, and create a supportive, growth-focused culture
- Deliver valuable feedback to coaches to ensure a seamless member experience
- Be the Go-To for Member Support
- Handle member concerns with care and confidence—always aiming for quick, effective solutions
- Build lasting relationships with members and create a welcoming environment that feels like home
- Drive Sales & Grow the Studio
- Lead by example in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Motivate the front desk team to maximize leads, close memberships, and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint
- Be the Studio’s Front Desk Anchor
- You’ll be the face our members see most—greet them with energy, learn their stories, and become a trusted point of contact
- Keep the studio running smoothly and lead with passion, positivity, and professionalism
- Manage Admin & Account Tasks
- Own the details: process membership paperwork, resolve billing issues, manage class declines and unpaid sessions
- Keep our systems accurate, up-to-date, and running efficiently behind the scenes
