About The Position

F45 is seeking a motivated sales and operations professional with Group Fitness Training experience to drive in membership growth and overall studio revenue. This is a full-time management role with significant incentives tied to new memberships and studio revenue goals. The Assistant Studio Manager role will be instrumental in helping drive the critical activities at the studio - lead generation, membership conversion, with a natural knack for fostering a positive and encouraging fitness community. You’re a real team player who can also get in there and teach classes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of fitness sales experience.
• 2+ years Group Fitness Training
• Confident in generating personal sales
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
• Ability to manage the studio team and drive membership revenue streams
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
• An affinity and passion for fitness.
• Solid writing and grammar skills.
• Highly organized, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
• Proficiency with computers and Studio software.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Run Group Fitness classes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
• Enforce studio policies and procedures
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Any other duties as assigned
