We’re looking for a motivated, people-first Assistant Studio Manager to help lead our Academy studio and play a key role in delivering an exceptional member and team experience. Responsibilities

• Serve as a culture carrier and role model for the studio
• Support daily studio operations and deliver a best-in-class member experience
• Lead with energy, integrity, and accountability in alignment with our values
• Coach, support, and motivate the front desk and sales team
• Assist with membership sales, retention, and community outreach
• Help execute marketing initiatives, studio events, and local partnerships
• Support scheduling, payroll accuracy, and operational excellence
• Model professionalism, positivity, and a “Win the Day” mindset
