The Assistant Studio Manager is the backbone of the studio, ensuring seamless operations and strict accountability across all areas of the business. They manage multiple platforms to stay organized and efficient, with a core focus on scheduling staff to meet business needs, conducting weekly inventory counts, processing monthly purchase orders, and maintaining rigorous oversight of retail and dry goods. In this role, the Assistant Manager spends time at the front desk, engaging with clients and modeling service excellence. They also conduct bi-weekly touchbases with direct reports, reviewing scorecards, attendance, and overall performance. By managing key operational responsibilities, the Assistant Manager allows the Studio Manager to dedicate their time to leading client experience and field marketing efforts. They ensure the studio runs smoothly behind the scenes, so the Studio Manager can focus on driving growth and hospitality at the front of the business. This role requires someone who thrives on structure, precision, and follow-through.
