Requirements

• Must have a passion for managing, training and teaching and want to have a long term, profitable, and stable career as a manager for our talented staff
• Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Managing, training and teaching
• Leading team and promoting Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests
• Assists studio manager with membership retention and attrition
• Consistently leads by example to create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customers questions and needs
• Holds all team members to the highest level of accountability to exceed salon expectations
• Answers phone calls, books appointments, and enthusiastically greets guests
• Leads and assists in all training of administrative tasks (including filing and data entry) of guests records and surveys
• Prepare guests records for services
• Participate in special events to promote studio
• Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby, studio and public areas (including restroom)
• Sets expectations for team regarding quality service by enforcing organization standards
• Ability to problem solve in a timely manner (in absence of the general manager) and communicate professionally and effectively with team members and guests
• Assist general manager with social media uploads
