As a Mobilelink Assistant Store Manager, you will help set the example for your team. Your focus will be on teaching and coaching on the sales floor, and inspiring sales staff to expand their knowledge on new phones, accessories and plans.

Requirements

  • One (1) year proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
  • One (1) year of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
  • Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to pass background checks

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the functions of the store in his/her absence
  • Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including targeted sales achievement
  • Manage merchandising/promotional activities
  • Ensure customer service and retention
  • Conduct audits
  • Provide employee training
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Handle cash handling, reconciliations and deposits
  • Measure customer satisfaction through surveys
  • Ensure store safety and security
