About The Position
Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing boutique retailer, is seeking an experienced and professional Assistant Manager to join the team at our new Newport beach location. As our Assistant Manager, you will work directly under the supervision of our Store Manager, helping to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will assist in the implementation of operational processes that attract and retain customers while driving sales. Additionally, you will work closely with our CEO and co-owner to help drive financial sales goals. Successful Assistant Managers provide key support and lead by example in order to uphold the highest standards in customer service. They know that it requires their full attention and passion to help our guests feel great when they enter and leave our store.
