About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager at James Perse is responsible for leading the store team in partnership with the Store Manager to achieve company objectives. This role focuses on ensuring customer service excellence, client development, adherence to visual merchandising standards, and operational efficiency. The Assistant Store Manager also plays a key role in staff recruitment, coaching, and training, and takes charge of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
