About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining store standards. This role involves assisting in managing staff, inventory, and sales goals while fostering a positive work environment. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for training new employees and implementing company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with point of sale (POS) systems.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
