  • Leading and supporting a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
  • Driving sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor.
  • Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority.
  • Assisting the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high-performing and diverse team.
  • Assisting in building bench strength for the boutique by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility.
  • Establishing open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with your team.
  • Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
  • Maintaining a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering our visual brand standards.
  • Problem solving; proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions to problems.
  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store.
  • Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results.
  • Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique including nights, weekends, and holidays.
