Responsibilities
- Lead by example and help create a positive, high-energy salon vibe
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences (we call it the "Beaches Glow")
- Coach and motivate your team to hit sales goals and shine
- Drive memberships, product sales, and promotions with confidence
- Help manage daily operations and keep the salon running smoothly
- Be the go-to leader during evening and weekend shifts
