They are responsible for ensuring effective store operations, strategies, and procedures, as well as guiding and developing team members. Store Leadership Teams help create memorable customer experiences while supporting and driving the company’s mission of “Connecting Active People with Their Passions.” As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a key member of the Store Leadership Team, assisting the Store Manager to ensure effective store operations. This role involves executing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. You will serve as a positive role model and leader, supporting the Store Manager in cultivating a collaborative team environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
