The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a no-fee program designed to assist men and women in their journey to complete a rehabilitation program. The organization relies on the contributions of its valued employees for the maintenance and effectiveness of these programs. The Assistant Store Manager will be part of the dedicated Retail Team at The Salvation Army, supporting the Adult Rehabilitation Program through the South San Francisco Thrift Store. This role offers an opportunity to promote a positive shopping and donor experience, enhance customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, while contributing to the success of the Program and its participants. The Salvation Army's mission is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
