Key responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performance, customer-focused team through training, recognition, and performance management, as well as maintaining a safe work environment. The Assistant Store Manager plans and executes daily business tasks and duties, both independently and in the absence of the Store Manager.
