Requirements

1+ year of leadership experience in food service or hospitality.
Strong people skills and a passion for motivating others.
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn through hands-on experience.
Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and clean, organic food.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations using Juicekeys’ proven systems for prep, service, and cleanliness.
Lead shifts with confidence—delegating tasks, solving problems, and keeping the vibe positive.
Coach and motivate your team to deliver excellent service during busy shifts.
Assist with inventory, ordering, and food safety compliance.
Ensure every guest enjoys fast, friendly, accurate service in a clean, welcoming space.
Handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
