About The Position

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as an invaluable member of our team by striving to build a clean, safe, and positive experience for our customers. You will be directly responsible for increasing sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling. Your day-to-day would involve caring for the facility, inside and out, as well as collections, deposits, and responding to customer inquiries. You will also be splitting your time between two locations, depending on need. Leading by example and demonstrating our CORE values, you'll directly impact our company's growth and success. Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (i.e. retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
  • 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
  • Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
  • Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to operate POS and other typical office machines
  • Ability to travel between 2 locations - you will split your time between two locations that are 45 minutes apart.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a leadership role or some supervisory experience is highly preferred.
  • We are looking for someone who can prioritize and multitask independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • You should also be an excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and a team player.
