Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with Missouri state regulations.
1+ year of experience in a retail management or people leadership role required.
1+ years of Cannabis retail experience is required
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage high-volume customer interactions.
Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on process and operational efficiency.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a flexible 7-day retail schedule if needed.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership and operational direction for 25–30 store team members.
Responsible for training, mentoring, and inspiring staff while fostering a positive team culture.
Responsible for all retail operations, which include product orders, inventory, customer service, and cash handling.
Responsible for executing and enforcing all Missouri compliance protocols.
Coordinate daily sales reporting, financial performance, and KPI tracking.
Handle escalated customer issues and uphold customer service excellence.
Partner with HR to support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and phase progression.
Responsible for creating team schedules, time-off approvals, and shift coverage.
Inventory management responsibilities.
Support physical store security, including opening/closing procedures and safe/code management.
Lead daily and monthly team meetings to review store goals and progress.
Provide ongoing feedback to support employee evaluations and performance reviews.
Willing to support other store roles as needed.
Strong understanding of Dutchie0.02 and running operational reports.
