What You'll Do As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in keeping our sales floor running smoothly. From coaching team members to ensuring compliance and stepping in wherever needed, you'll set the standard for professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence. On a typical day, you might: Direct and oversee sales floor operations from opening through closing Train and mentor new employees on service standards, policies, and procedures Create and manage daily lunch and break schedules to keep coverage consistent Delegate tasks, support staff, and keep the sales floor organized and productive Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support coaching or disciplinary actions Address customer and employee concerns quickly and fairly Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations Step into any sales floor role to maintain service levels when needed What We're Looking For We're seeking a strong communicator and natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance team management with hands-on support.
