About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with various management responsibilities. These include training and developing employees, scheduling shifts, resolving store issues and customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves assisting with audits, managing merchandise placement and stocking, overseeing timely guest transactions to ensure hospitality, and monitoring store profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendor management, car wash operations, and retail waste.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment

Nice To Haves

• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred

Responsibilities
