Assists in the management of daily store operations to meet established revenue and margin objectives. Contributing to the DGR purpose, generating funds to help people in our community to live, work and thrive through housing, employment, and supportive services. This role recruits, interviews, hires, and trains direct reports. Oversees the daily workflow of their department. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
